Join Denise Vernieri for a new moon intention setting class that concludes with yoga nidra. The structure, inquiry and ceremony may be a little different each time, but yoga nidra can be expected as part of the experience. This special class is open to everyone. It will run each New Moon.

FAQ:
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga nidra is, a on a physical level, a method of moving into deeper states of relaxation. However, on a deeper level, it is a profound way to access and reshape the unconscious. You may think of it as being in between conscious and unconscious, sleep and awake. Through a systematic guided meditation, you are invited to go within, and cultivate an increased self-awareness that paves the path for you to connect to your true nature. Pat of the meditation is setting an intention or sankalpa as it is called on yoga. Yoga nidra is a beautiful, simple practice that anyone can do. There is no right or wrong way to. All that is required is to lay down, relax and receive the gift that is yoga nidra.
